What does the position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly), which isn't based on sales or results, though performance incentives are possible. No prior experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $30.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, with a guaranteed income even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

We have over 40 years of experience training successful reps. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule

We assist in creating flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments like classes or family. Discuss our summer work program with the manager.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
