What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, though performance-based incentives are possible. No previous experience is needed as training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $20.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is available even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training individuals for success. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We assist reps in creating flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family. Most meetings and training are held in-office, with remote work after training.
