Responsibilities

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on the kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. Reps are paid a base pay of $20.00 per appointment (not based on sales), with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed, as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid $20.00 base per appointment or a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a steady income is assured even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help our reps create flexible schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, balancing other commitments. Most meetings and training are held in the office, but reps work from home and locally after training.
