Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools for home use. The position offers a base pay (paid weekly) not dependent on sales results, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn commissions based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained are valuable across many fields, including sales, networking, and communication. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule

We help reps create schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Discuss our summer work program with the manager.

Work Environment

Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
