Executive Financial Partners is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative in Yuma, Arizona. No prior experience required—training, licensing, and mentorship are provided to help you start strong in a base of support and path to a rewarding sales career.

You will learn our supplemental health insurance products, meet clients, build lasting relationships, and manage your progress with Salesforce CRM. The role is 100% commission-based with uncapped earnings and performance-based growth

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (training materials and fees provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand needs and present tailored supplemental insurance solutions.
• Conduct consultations with employees to explain coverage options.
• Deliver engaging group presentations that communicate product value.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-ups.
• Manage and grow your own book of business in your territory.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and manage clients.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience (sales, leadership, or athletic experience considered)
