Canyon Creek Financial is seeking an ambitious Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our Arizona-area field sales team. As an independent contractor promoting supplemental insurance plans to local businesses, you’ll build relationships, learn consultative selling, and earn based on commissions with a weekly draw and bonuses.

This role offers structured onboarding, mentorship, and a clear path to growth within a supportive company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain a state Health & Life Insurance license (company reimburses costs).
• Comfortable using technology (smartphone, CRM tools, email).
