Qualifications

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain (materials and fees provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience (sales/leadership/athletic experience considered).

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations with employees about coverage options.
• Deliver group presentations to communicate product value and impact.
• Build long-term client relationships through service and reviews.
• Manage and grow your own book of business as a trusted advisor.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and manage clients.
