Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into the Oklahoma City market and hiring motivated individuals for sales and project coordination. No roofing experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and a proven path to success.

You'll meet homeowners, perform roof inspections, educate on the insurance restoration process, and manage projects from start to finish while building community relationships and generating referrals in a growing market.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days).
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training program in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

Important Training Requirement

To prepare you for long-term success, all Oklahoma City hires will complete a paid 180-day training program in Dallas, TX before returning to help launch and grow the Oklahoma City market.

During training, you'll work alongside experienced Heritage team members, learn our sales and project management process, and gain the hands‑on experience needed to succeed in your market.
