180-Day Paid Training Program

Learn the Business Before Launching OKC

All Oklahoma City hires will complete a paid 180-day training program in Dallas, Texas before returning to help launch and grow the Oklahoma City market.

During training, you'll work alongside experienced Heritage team members and receive hands‑on instruction in:

• Storm damage identification
• Roof inspections
• Insurance restoration

• Project coordination
• Managing jobs from inspection through completion
