Heritage Roofing & Construction in Oklahoma City is recruiting experienced roofing sales pros for a Manager in Training—Leadership Fast Track. This paid 180-day leadership development program in Dallas, TX prepares you to lead a new market, with mentorship and hands-on training while you continue to generate sales.

Upon returning to Oklahoma City, you’ll build and lead a high-performing team, recruit and coach others, and drive market growth with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year roofing sales experience (required).
• Proven track record of generating residential roofing sales.
• Experience working with insurance restoration claims.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Paid Leadership Training

All Oklahoma City Manager in Training hires will complete a paid 180-day leadership development program in Dallas, Texas before returning to help launch and grow the Oklahoma City market.

During training, you'll:

What You'll Do

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience
• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid leadership development program in Dallas, TX before returning to Oklahoma City
