Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Charlotte, NC is hiring entry-level sales representatives to build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery through a paid, hands-on training program. No experience required.

You’ll receive six months of direct training from veteran Logistics Account Executives and then progress with a base of $40,000–$50,000 plus uncapped commissions; top reps reach six figures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to negotiate and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Assist in solving customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight, and manage daily operations.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling and build your book of customers.
• Meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission and growth opportunities.
