Job summary

Leisure Living is seeking entry-level sales professionals to join its sales and leadership development program. The role begins with a foundational phase blending industry fundamentals with coaching in consultative selling skills, presentations and public speaking; development continues in the areas of team leadership and technical selling skills.

Successful participants will be assigned to their own senior community and may expand into regional leadership and coaching responsibilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Will work directly with our sales team learning numerous valuable aspects of our organization and professional selling skills

• Become fully aware of the needs of seniors and the needs of their families
