Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients by phone and through other approved communication channels.
• Build trust and rapport with clients through professional, empathetic, and engaging conversations.
• Listen actively to understand client concerns, circumstances, and needs.
• Learn and communicate information about Priority Tax Relief's services and solutions.
• Accurately collect and document sensitive client information.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead activity, and follow-up tasks.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client questions and inquiries.
• Handle objections and challenging conversations with confidence and a positive attitude.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals with the opportunity to earn commission based on performance.
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive client experience and overall sales performance.
