You will interview clients, assist with accurate tax return preparation, and help expand client services at multiple locations. Key qualifications include a High School Diploma, 35 wpm typing, basic computer skills, and strong communication and people skills.

Qualifikationen

• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn tax software.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent people skills.
• Team player; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Completion of company-provided Tax Knowledge Assessment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct face-to-face client interviews and gather information.
• Prepare tax returns accurately and timely for clients.
• Support client retention and upsell additional services when appropriate.
• Make client appointments and assemble client packets as needed.
• Answer phones, direct calls, greet clients, and handle messages.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the team.
