Bowser Automotive is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our Sales Team as Car Sales Consultants. No automotive or sales experience is required; we provide all training and support to help you succeed in the vehicle-buying process.

You'll greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate features, coordinate with finance, and follow up to build lasting relationships while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do

As a Car Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with customers throughout the vehicle-buying process.

• Welcome customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Ask questions to understand customers' needs, preferences, and budget.
• Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and explain available options.
• Accompany customers on test drives and answer questions about the vehicle.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email.
• Work with Sales Managers and the Finance Department to help complete vehicle purchases.
• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, vehicle features, and available programs.
• Provide professional customer service from the initial contact through delivery.
• Follow all Bowser Automotive policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
