Bowser Automotive is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our Sales Team as Car Sales Consultants. No automotive or sales experience is required; we provide all training and support to help you succeed in the vehicle-buying process.

You'll greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate features, coordinate with finance, and follow up to build lasting relationships while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• No automotive or sales experience required.
• Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people.
• Willing to learn and improve.
• Customer-focused with strong listening skills.
• Valid driver's license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a positive dealership experience.
• Understand customers' needs, preferences, and budget.
• Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and explain options.
• Accompany customers on test drives and answer questions.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Finance to complete purchases.
• Stay knowledgeable about inventory and programs.
• Provide professional customer service from initial contact to delivery.
