Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is hiring an entry-level Sales Associate in the United States. You will support Territory Sales Managers, build relationships with customers, and explore new business opportunities across the market.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience, mentorship, and development opportunities in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Territory Sales Managers in the field with their existing customer base by attending visits.
• Cultivate relationships with internal customers to create synergy and support in the business.
• Research new business opportunities and sales leads driven by the market.
• Analyze the current market and offer recommendations to stay ahead of the competition.
• Acquire knowledge on Textron Specialized Vehicles products as well as the competing products.
• Regularly report progress to leadership on project status.
• Learn inside and outside sales techniques.
• Complete and participate in cross-functional assignments as needed.
