Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking an entry-level sales assistant to support Territory Sales Managers across our customer base in Georgia. You will gain exposure to multiple functions, attend field visits, and contribute to market research and lead generation.

You'll learn inside and outside sales techniques, report progress to leadership, and grow through mentorship and hands-on projects within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Territory Sales Managers in the field with their existing customer base by attending visits.
• Cultivate relationships with internal customers to create synergy and support in the business.
• Research new business opportunities and sales leads driven by the market.
• Analyze the current market and offer recommendations to the business to get ahead of the competition.
• Acquire knowledge on all Textron Specialized Vehicles products as well as the competing products.
• Regularly report out to leadership on project progress.
• Learn inside and outside sales techniques. Complete and participate in cross-functional assignments as needed.
