Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles offers a paid, full-time 10-week summer internship where you shadow Territory Sales Managers, gain selling skills, conduct market research, and contribute to process improvements. You will complete projects, build internal networks, and receive mentorship and training to prepare for a future career.

15% travel is expected; onsite work with opportunities for growth. Education: pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing; Software knowledge: Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or another related field.
• Software knowledge: Microsoft Office.
• Travel requirements: 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Territory Sales Managers in the field and assist with visiting existing dealers and establishing new customer relationships.
• Gain knowledge in selling skills, channel development, leadership skills, and managing customers.
• Conduct market research on product offerings and new product technology.
• Offer recommendations on process improvements within the sales organization to increase efficiencies and sales.
• Complete projects as needed demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Build internal network within sales and business functions.
