Job summary

HomeFix Custom Remodeling is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative for its West Chester, PA location. Represent HomeFix’s windows, roofing, siding, doors, gutters, and remodeling services to homeowners. Training provided; no prior sales experience required.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm, with every other Saturday. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, 401(k), and strong opportunities for advancement through management training.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to office and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work weekends and in a team environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

What You’ll Do

• Represent HomeFix’s windows, roofing, siding, doors, gutters, and remodeling services to homeowners.
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 12:00pm to 8:00pm, with every other Saturday.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for inspections.
• No prior sales or home improvement experience required – training will be provided.

Entry Level Sales Compensation

• Average salary for the role is $65,000 - $100,000.
• Uncapped commissions: high earning potential based on appointments and performance.
• Top performing reps make over $100,000 a year.
