HomeFix is seeking an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative in Hunt Valley, MD. You will be the friendly first face at communities, events, and retail locations, generating and scheduling free in-home estimates for our exterior remodeling products.

You’ll receive weekly pay with commissions and train alongside a hands-on team, building a foundation for a sales-driven career in leadership roles as the company grows across multiple states.

THE ROLE

As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative, you'll be the friendly first face of HomeFix in local neighborhoods, at community events, and in retail locations generating and scheduling free in-home estimates for our award-winning roofing, siding, windows, and door products. You'll get paid weekly, train alongside a hands-on management team, and build the communication and sales foundation that our own leaders used to grow their careers.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage homeowners through door-to-door canvassing, community events, tradeshows, and retail locations to generate interest in HomeFix's home improvement products
• Schedule qualified appointments for our design consultants to deliver free, no-obligation estimates
• Participate in paid, ongoing training on our products, our story, and proven techniques for speaking with homeowners
• Represent the HomeFix brand professionally on time, in uniform, and with energy
• Work collaboratively with your team while independently owning your daily appointment goals

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Positive, energetic, and personable someone who loves talking to people
• Money-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation to the office (we'll get you to and from the territory)
• A charged smartphone for every shift
• Available to work weekends and comfortable being on your feet outdoors for extended periods (standing up to 8-10 hours; walking 4-8 hours)
• No experience necessary just bring the drive; we'll teach you the rest

• Weekly Pay: hourly wages and commissions are paid every week, not monthly
