Job summary

State Farm Agency in Gilbert, AZ seeks a full-time Sales and Service Representative. Insurance experience isn't required as we train the right person. You will develop quotes, present to clients, close sales, and build ongoing relationships while providing friendly support in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong communication, who can open doors and secure appointments from a cold start. PTO is offered and growth opportunities exist within the office.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license must be obtainable.
• Life & Health license must be obtainable.
• Enthusiasm for the role of insurance and financial products.
• Excellent communication across written and verbal channels.
• Ability to open doors and set appointments from a cold start.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales.
• Establish and follow up with client relationships as needed.
