Fullsteam is seeking an Entry-level Technical Support representative for ShopWorks in West Palm Beach, FL. You will assist customers via phone and email, troubleshooting issues with business management software.

Qualified candidates should possess excellent phone communication skills, a high school diploma, and foundational software troubleshooting knowledge. Growth opportunities are available in a modern office environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support environment is a plus.
• Foundational knowledge in software troubleshooting is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and respond to their emails in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with upgrades, migrations, or archives.
• Research and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Test and document glitches in the software.
• Assist customers with various questions and tasks.

Skills

Excellent phone communication skills

Ability to problem-solve on their own

Basic understanding of databases

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Comfortable using email and communication tools

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
