ACI Communications, Inc. is seeking an entry-level RMA Technician I to diagnose, repair, and test returned electronic equipment, primarily broadband cable amplifiers and RF devices. The role includes hands-on electronics work and documentation of results.

The selected candidate may be sent to Taiwan for about one month of training, with airfare, accommodation, and per diem fully covered by the company. This is a great entry-point for recent graduates eager to grow in telecom electronics.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering required.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read technical documentation and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair RMA units
• Perform functional testing and quality checks
• Record repair results and logs
• Maintain clean workbench and repair environment
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Collaborate with logistics and production teams to process RMA units efficiently
• Assist with QC testing for new and repaired equipment
