Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an RMA Technician located in City of Industry, CA. The RMA Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, testing and repairing returned products, maintaining accurate records of repairs, and collaborating with other technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
