Job summary

Matrix Design Group, Inc is seeking a Test/Repair Technician to join their RMA department in Indiana. You will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic assemblies returned by customers, playing a critical role in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or repair preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic electrical principles and ability to interpret electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and breakdown analysis.

Responsibilities

• Track and prioritize incoming assemblies and finished goods for testing and repair.
• Perform mechanical disassembly and reassembly of products.
• Execute functional and electrical testing on electronic assemblies.
