Qualifications

• Entry-level engineering position bridging field operations and design.
• Experience with RF/telecom or related field preferred.
• Willingness to learn iBwave and RF test equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop project quotes, estimates, and proposals for DAS/public safety projects.
• Manage IT-related tasks within the engineering group.
• Create designs using iBwave including drawings and submittals.
• Perform on-site RF surveys pre- and post-installation.
• Test systems and verify signals with PCTEL equipment.
• Prepare BOMs and design documentation.
• Assist with light construction and field tasks during onboarding.
• Travel to job sites to support the field team.
• Document field changes and update designs.
• Ensure compliance with codes and client specifications.
