Mann Wireless: An entry-level Engineering Technologist role bridging field operations and engineering design for DAS and public-safety wireless projects. You will work with engineers and technicians to develop designs, perform surveys, and support implementation across sites.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 0–2 years RF/telecom or related tech experience; internship is a plus.
• Basic RF theory and DAS/in-building wireless concepts; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop project quotes, estimates, and proposals for DAS/public safety wireless projects, working with sales and PM teams.
• Create and maintain designs using iBwave, including drawings and submittals for review.
• Perform on-site RF surveys to collect data for informed system design.
• Perform system testing and verification using PCTEL equipment and other RF tools.
• Prepare BOMs and supporting design documentation.
• Travel to job sites to support field team and verify installations.
