Job summary

Mann Wireless, Ltd. is seeking an entry-level Engineering Technologist to bridge field operations and engineering design for DAS and in-building public-safety wireless projects. You will learn and apply iBwave designs, perform on-site RF surveys, and support BOM creation and documentation from quoting through closeout.

This role offers field exposure early on, with progression toward more design-focused responsibilities as you gain experience and knowledge of RF systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 0–2 years RF/telecom, IT, or related field; internship or project experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn iBwave and RF test equipment; basic RF theory understood.
• Able to travel to job sites and perform field and design tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop project quotes, estimates, and proposals for DAS/public-safety wireless projects with sales and PM teams.
• Create and maintain designs using iBwave, including drawings and submittals for review.
• Perform on-site RF surveys and system testing for design input and verification.
• Prepare BOMs and design documentation; assist with field installation during onboarding.
• Travel to job sites to support field team and verify installations against designs.
