Healing Strides Counseling is seeking an entry-level Retail Inside Sales Representative in Charlotte, NC or Bristol, IN. This role plans, organizes, and executes inside sales efforts for assigned retail accounts, with emphasis on hitting call quotas and supporting the Outside Sales Team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve retail sales targets aligned with sales plans.
• Follow up with existing customers and identify upsell opportunities.
• Generate new sales leads via outbound calls to retailers across North America.
• Provide sales support to Outside Sales Team members.
• Optimize freight costs by adding products to orders where appropriate.
• Select cost-efficient freight carriers for FTL and LTL shipments.
• Communicate insights to supervisors and participate in strategic planning.
• Engage key decision-makers using push and pull sales techniques.
• Respond to customer inquiries and special requests promptly.
• Assist with processing orders, new customer setup, and EDI-related tasks.
