Qualifications

• One year of management experience; previous experience at Domino’s preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently or with a team, and handle stress while upholding quality standards.
• Available for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to achieve high quality guest experiences.
• Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status and maintain brand standards.
• Monitor daily sales, food costs and labor; adjust and follow up as needed.
• Train team members effectively and promote professional development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
• Motivate staff and lead by example; safeguard cash and inventory.
• Operate all restaurant equipment and manage inventory from delivery to storage.
• Prepare products and handle telephone orders; conduct inventory and paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility and equipment.
