Job summary

West Shore Home in Dallas, TX is seeking a Residential Remodeler to perform safe, high-quality installations from 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a five-star customer experience. The Installer loads materials, travels to homes, removes old fixtures, installs a new tub and surround, updates plumbing if needed, and cleans up at the job site.

Candidates should have carpentry/remodeling experience or a strong willingness to learn, plus basic hand and power tools and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
