Job summary

West Shore Home in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Residential Remodeler to perform safe installations and provide a five-star customer experience. The installer will load materials at the warehouse, travel to customers, remove existing fixtures, install a tub or pan and surrounds, and update plumbing as needed.

This role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), HSA, PTO, and paid training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems via two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
