Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Salisbury, MD to perform safe, high‑quality home improvement installations. The installer will work from the warehouse starting at 6:30 AM, travel to customers, and complete tub/shower replacements with attention to cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

The role requires basic tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation, with opportunities for growth through comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks at the warehouse by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
