Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Dallas, TX to perform safe, high-quality installations of bathroom and related remodeling projects. The role requires arriving at the warehouse by 6:30 AM, traveling to customers’ homes, greeting clients, and delivering a five-star experience.

The installer will demo existing fixtures, install new tubs or pan surrounds, update plumbing if needed, and ensure a thorough cleanup before completing paperwork and returning to the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into Company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
