The role focuses on basic maintenance tasks, assisting with unit turns, and maintaining curb appeal, with opportunities to participate in region-wide training and safety programs. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and up to 2 years of relevant maintenance experience, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Entry level, 0 to 2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, hotel maintenance, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and perform daily resident work orders.
• Assist with unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning as needed.
• Be available for after-hours on-call as required.
• Travel to perform maintenance tasks at neighboring properties when needed.
• Report health and safety concerns to the Property Manager and Maintenance Superintendent.
• Attend training programs on HVAC, safety, and HUD/LIHTC maintenance standards.
