• Basic experience in carpentry, drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Complete and assist with daily resident work orders.
• Conduct unit turns in a timely manner including painting and general cleaning.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
