Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a customer service-oriented professional to respond to inbound calls about brokerage accounts, assist with cash management products, and help clients navigate online access and mobile apps. The role emphasizes accurate communication and a strong service mindset within a dynamic financial services center.

Initial fully remote training lasts 4–5 weeks, followed by in-office work five days a week after training.

Job description

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Rate: $18-19.17/hour

Work Schedule:

Remote Training: 4–5 weeks of fully remote training

In-Office: 5 days per week after training

Hybrid Schedule: After 6 months, transition to 3 days in-office and 2 days remote
