Russell Tobin is seeking a Customer Support Representative for South Jordan, UT to respond to calls about brokerage accounts and assist clients with Cash Management products and online access. Training starts with 4–5 weeks of fully remote work, followed by a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

Ideal candidates have a college degree or contact center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask with accuracy in a dynamic financial services environment.

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking to hire a Customer Support Representative in South Jordan UT

Pay Rate: $21.99/hr

Work Schedule:

• 4–5 weeks of fully remote training
• After 6 months, transition to a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls regarding brokerage accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
• Assist clients with Brokerage Cash Management products and services.
• Support customers with online account access, website navigation, and mobile app usage.
• Handle general account inquiries, financial questions, and service-related requests.
• Maintain high service standards and achieve performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members and adapt quickly to process or system changes.
