Job summary

Russell Tobin is helping a leading financial services client hire a Customer Service Representative in Columbus, OH to handle inbound brokerage client calls and support online banking and mobile app inquiries. Pay rate ranges from $18.00 to $19.17 per hour with fully remote training for the first 4–5 weeks, followed by a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after six months.

Pay Rate Range: $18.00–$19.17/hourly

Schedule:

• First 4–5 weeks: Fully remote training
• After 6 months: Hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
