Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain contract files, records, and documentation.
• Prepare routine contract documents under supervision.
• Distribute contract correspondence and notices to stakeholders.
• Review documents for completeness with guidance from seniors.

• Log change orders and cost modifications in tracking systems.
• Prepare payment applications and supporting documentation.
• Support contract meetings with scheduling and note-taking.
• Assist in contract status reporting and compliance tracking.
• Develop basic understanding of contract administration and commercial processes.
