Job summary

Ruveon in Muscatine, IA is seeking an entry-level Reliability Systems Engineer (on-site) to support reliability and manufacturing systems across production, safety, quality, maintenance, and engineering operations.

You will translate operational needs into practical digital and data solutions, develop capability, and assist with upgrades and compliance initiatives while collaborating with engineers, IT, and external vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field, or BS/BA completed by Aug 2027.
Familiarity with Office tools and data visualization software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support reliability, maintenance, and manufacturing system initiatives from need definition through implementation and support.
Document business processes, data needs, and user workflows for reliability and OT solutions.
Create and support reports, dashboards, and basic data analysis to identify trends and improvements.
Provide routine technical support for reliability systems and related tools under supervision.
Lead lifecycle activities for assigned systems and assist with upgrades and data quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and site objectives.
Ensure systems meet business requirements, controls, data integrity, and compliance standards.
Assist with project planning, cost estimates, vendor coordination, and status updates.
Identify issues and propose corrective actions; escalate complex problems.
Develop knowledge of site reliability processes and Bayer standards.
