Ruveon in Muscatine, IA is seeking an entry-level Reliability Systems Engineer to support development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of reliability and manufacturing systems across production, safety, quality, maintenance, and engineering operations.

You’ll translate operational needs into practical digital and data solutions, gaining hands-on experience with reliability tools and reporting platforms while developing technical capability and business knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field or BS/BA completed by August 2027.
Entry-level role intended for candidates with limited experience; internships or co-ops are welcome.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and exposure to tools such as SAP, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SharePoint, or MES.
Ability to learn Bayer systems, standards, and work processes.

Responsibilities

Support reliability, maintenance, and manufacturing system initiatives from definition to implementation.
Document business processes, system requirements, data needs, and user workflows.
Create and support routine reports, dashboards, and ad hoc queries for performance trends.
Provide routine technical support for reliability systems and reporting tools.
Develop lifecycle management for assigned systems and participate in upgrades.
Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, SSHEQ, IT, Purchasing, and vendors to implement improvements.
