Fifteen West in Dallas is seeking an ambitious Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing team. You will develop new business, build relationships and drive revenue in a sales-led role with uncapped commission and a strong first-year OTE.

You’ll start office-based five days a week and progress toward a hybrid model, gaining structured training, mentorship and clear progression into senior roles as you grow your commercial skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or another target-driven role.
• Confidence picking up the phone and starting conversations with new people.
• Proactive approach to prospecting and creating new opportunities.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.

• Prospect and cold call prospective clients to identify new business opportunities.

• Title: Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant
• Location: Dallas, Oak Lawn (Initially office-based five days per week, with increased flexibility as you progress.)

Our client is investing heavily in the growth of their Dallas office, creating an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing team.

This is a sales-led recruitment role where you'll be responsible for developing new business, building relationships, generating revenue and growing your own specialist market. You'll be picking up the phone, prospecting new opportunities, negotiating and working towards clear commercial targets, with uncapped commission rewarding the results you deliver.

We are working with an established international recruitment business offering structured training, hands-on mentorship and a clear pathway for progression. You'll have the support and platform to develop quickly while building valuable commercial skills across sales, business development, negotiation and relationship management.

You will spend your first 8 weeks fully office-based, learning alongside the team and benefiting from hands-on training and mentorship, before transitioning to a hybrid structure of 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely.
