Job summary

Fifteen West in Dallas is seeking an ambitious Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing team. You will develop new business, build relationships and drive revenue in a sales-led role with uncapped commission and a strong first-year OTE.

You’ll start office-based five days a week and progress toward a hybrid model, gaining structured training, mentorship and clear progression into senior roles as you grow your commercial skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or another target-driven role.
• Confidence picking up the phone and starting conversations with new people.
• Proactive approach to prospecting and creating new opportunities.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Resilience, ambition and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a warm desk with active roles.
• Prospect and cold call prospective clients to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and manage your own pipeline of clients and candidates.
• Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Identify, engage and manage high-quality candidates.
• Pitch opportunities, influence decision-makers and confidently handle objections.
• Support client meetings and contribute to hiring strategies.
• Develop expertise within a specialist, high-growth market.
• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through to placement.
• Set and achieve ambitious personal performance and revenue goals.
