Eight Eleven Group is seeking a Brooksource Recruiter to build out talent networks and match consultants with opportunities. You will source, screen, and place candidates while advocating for their success, offering resume coaching and interview support.

The role emphasizes rapid talent delivery with a focus on client needs and ongoing candidate advocacy. The position features base pay plus a robust uncapped commission plan and comprehensive benefits, reflecting a fast-growing, family-oriented

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience in recruiting or staffing is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build out talent networks of potential consultants with long-lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to determine client hiring needs.
• Identify niche-skilled candidates meeting expectations and strategy.
• Qualify candidates through internal interviews (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience for open positions.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviews, and interview feedback.
• Onboard and support consultants during project assignments.
• Hit weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals with management.
