Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and maintain communication with candidates, hiring managers, and partners to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through various sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage interview processes from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
• Process onboarding paperwork with accuracy.
