Responsibilities

• Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through sourcing methods.
• Manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations and interview progress in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.
