You’ll cultivate relationships, screen candidates, and drive the full interview-to-offer cycle, while using Avature for documentation and onboarding.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate high candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone-screens and manage interview process from sourcing to offer.
• Document conversations, progress, offers and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork accurately.
