Job summary

UES Careers is seeking a motivated, organized, and personable Part-Time Entry-Level Recruiter to join our recruiting team, offering an opportunity to gain experience in recruiting, interviewing, and talent acquisition.

You will focus on connecting with candidates, scheduling interviews through our ATS, and conducting brief preliminary interviews using a provided 15-minute script. No prior recruiting experience is required, as we provide training and a structured process.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to follow a structured interview script and manage scheduling responsibilities.
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems and scheduling tools.
• Previous recruiting or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates to confirm appointments and maintain consistent follow-up.

• Track interview attendance, follow up with candidates who miss appointments, and help maintain an organized recruiting pipeline.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the preliminary interview process.
